SCRIPT FOR COLD CALL POTENTIAL MMA CLIENTS
Hello, This is __________________________ calling, I am a ____________________(District
Manager or whatever) with United First Financial. I am trying to educate homeowners because most of them are unaware
that they may qualify for a special program called the Money Merge Account.
This wonderful program may be able to take 10, 12, sometimes 15 years or more off your mortgage,
-without raising your payment!
-and you won't have to refinance to make it happen!
Most people who qualify save thousands of dollars in interest that they get to keep in their pockets instead of
having to pay it to the lender.
In most cases this program will include all of your other debt as well, such as car loans, credit cards

it increases peoples' FICO scores!

The only real downside to this program is that not everyone qualifies for it. To determine whether or not you do,
I just need to ask you some basic questions about the equity in your home….. Do you know how much your home would
appraise for?
Do you have your most recent mortgage statement handy? There are a few things on there I need to ask you, like
